Evästekäytännöt
Eväste, eli ”cookie”, on pieni tekstitiedosto, joka tallentuu nettiselaimen kautta verkkoa selailevan käyttäjän päätelaitteelle. Eväste yksilöi kyseisen käyttäjän vierailun verkkosivulla anonyymisti. Evästeen mukana tallentuu esimeriksi tietoa käyttäjän päätelaitteesta, sekä minkä verkko-operaattorin kautta kyseinen käyttäjä saapuu verkkopalveluun. Eväste ei tallenna mitään henkilötietoja käyttäjästä.
Mihin Talgrafin verkkopalvelu käyttää evästeitä?
Tärkein syy on sinun käyttäjäkokemuksesi. Evästedatan avulla Talgraf analysoi yksittäisten käyttäjien ja käyttäjäryhmien toimia verkkopalvelussa Google Analytics -kävijäseurannan avulla. Analysoidun tiedon perusteella pystymme kehittämään verkkopalvelumme käytettävyyttä ja sisältöjä sinua paremmin palvelevaksi.
Käytämme evästeitä myös mainonnan ja viestinnän kohdentamiseen. Käyntisi verkkopalvelussa kertoo meille, millaista kohdeyleisöä edustat. Sitä kautta pystymme näyttämään osuvampia sisältöjä sähköisissä kanavissa, kuten Googlessa ja Facebookissa.

Mitä evästeet ovat ja miten ne toimivat?
Evästeet (cookies) ovat vierailtujen sivustojen tietokoneelle tallentamia tietoja. Evästeet ovat pieniä tekstitiedostoja, joita tietokoneesi (tai muu internetiä käyttävä laitteesi, esim. älypuhelimesi) vastaanottaa ja lähettää, kun vierailet verkkosivustoilla. Eväste sisältää yleensä anonyymin tunnistenumeron, eikä vahingoita päätelaitetta.
Kun vierailet verkkosivustollamme ensimmäisen kerran, hyväksyt välttämättömien evästeiden käytön. Muiden evästeiden käyttö edellyttää, että hyväksyt niiden käytön evästeasetuksistamme nimenomaisesti. Tämän jälkeisillä vierailuilla selaimesi lukee tietokoneelle tallennetun evästeen ja välittää tiedot takaisin sivustolle. Voimme siis vain automaattisesti tunnistaa käyttämäsi selaimen, mutta emme voi tunnistaa sinua pelkkien evästeiden avulla.
Miksi käytämme evästeitä?
Talgraf käyttää verkkopalvelussaan evästeitä ja niihin verrattavia teknologioita mahdollistaakseen verkkopalvelun sujuvan käytön ja käyttäjäystävällisyyden. Lisäksi evästeitä hyödynnetään palvelun analysointi-, seuranta- ja kehittämistarkoituksessa.
Evästeitä voidaan käyttää myös kohdennetun mainonnan, viestinnän ja sisällön tuottamiseen (esim. vierailtuasi verkkopalvelussamme voimme mainostaa aiemmin katselemiasi tuotteita ja niihin liittyviä muita sisältöjä kumppaneidemme verkkosivustoilla) sekä markkinointitoimenpiteiden optimoinnissa. Evästeiden avulla saatua tietoa käytetään myös verkkopalvelun sisällön personointiin.
Minkälaisia evästeitä käytämme?
Talgraf käyttää sekä istuntoevästeitä että pysyviä evästeitä. Istuntoevästeet tallennetaan tietokoneelle vain siksi ajaksi, kun selain on auki ja ne tuhoutuvat, kun selain suljetaan. Pysyvät evästeet tallentavat tiedoston tietokoneelle määritellyksi ajaksi, kuitenkin enintään kahdeksi vuodeksi.

Eväste on pieni tekstitiedosto, jonka verkkosivusto pyytää selaintasi tallentamaan laitteeseen, jotta se muistaa tietoja sinusta, kuten kieliasetuksesi tai kirjautumistietosi.
